ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with basic facility maintenance and clean-up, including basic custodial work.
- Maintains and repairs building, office fixtures and outdoor grounds.
- Advises supervisor of general maintenance supplies stocking requirements.
- Performs work requiring basic carpentry, plumbing, masonry, cleaning and painting.
- Operates machine tools safely and effectively.
- Performs duties in accordance with company safety policies. Reports unsafe conditions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Required Experience: Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Preferred Experience: One year or more experience in a technical field and/or construction, electrical, plumbing and/or facility maintenance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
