The Inventory Control Clerk will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintain accurate records of all transactions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- None
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies and equipment.
- Maintains accurate records of received and distributed items.
- Inspect deliveries for discrepancies and resolve any issues with suppliers.
- Compares information on requisitions, invoices and shipping notices to material received or issued to verify accuracy of order
- Completes regular audits and counts of inventory, reporting and resolving discrepancies; assist with period physical inventory audits.
- Prepares requests for procurement of materials
- May mark identifying information on material.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operates forklift truck when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as requested
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1-year previous experience in same or similar position
- Knowledge of materials and hardware handling.
- Basic understanding of inventory control procedures
- Ability to complete basic math calculations
- Able to work with the Microsoft Office suite of software including Excel and Word.
- Experience with Epicor or other ERP plus.
- Experience in Forklift operations and ability to be certified as a Karman driver a must
