Starting Hourly Wage: $24.72 hourly $1.00 shift differential
About The Role
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

About The Role
- To load trucks and containers in accordance with shipping instructions.
- Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and organized fashion.
- Work safely.
- Monitor bundle packaging quality and take action to resolve any defects identified.
- Remove packaged bundles from the line and place in warehouse storage.
- Charge or change forklift batteries as needed.
- Handle materials for recycling.
- Inspect forklifts prior to use.
- Unload incoming materials using forklift or hand truck to storage.
- Keep work area clean and maintain 5S standards.
- Perform duties of other production positions as needed on a backup basis.
- Assist with improving processes in the packaging area.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience operating industrial forklifts required.
- Ability to keep pace with high speed production process, monitoring multiple pieces of equipment.
- High focus on identifying defects in finished goods and taking action to resolve.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to read analog and digital gauges, calculate averages, read product specifications.
- Attendance at or below Step 2.
