Banquet Server Job Description:
The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at all banquet functions. This includes setting up and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards, responding to guest problems, and maintaining a clean and organized banquet space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and serve food and beverages to guests at all banquet functions
* Read and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
* Familiarize yourself with the menu of the assigned function
* Provide excellent customer service to guests
* Respond to guest problems, complaints, and accidents
* Maintain a clean and organized banquet space
Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred
* Experience in hotel or related field
* Ability to stand during entire shift
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
