Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and deliver devices for Windows 11 deployment
- Perform large-scale device upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting
- Support day-to-day technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals
- Execute SCCM task sequences for imaging, OS deployment, and application installation
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Work independently to resolve technical issues with minimal oversight
- Maintain ticketing updates and accurate documentation
- Support additional IT projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the support team handling non-compatible machines
Requirements
- 5 years of experience supporting PCs in a Microsoft environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, imaging, and OS migration processes
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, imaging, and task sequences
- Ability to build and prepare high volumes of machines quickly
- Experience with O365 / Teams (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
