• 7 years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles

• Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership

• Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion
