Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Google CCAI / GECX Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow CX, and Google GECX Playbooks. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python development, REST APIs, Vertex AI, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with contact center modernization, legacy IVR/chatbot migrations, and Generative AI solutions is highly preferred.
Required Skills
experience in Conversational AI development
Hands-on experience with Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and GECX Playbooks
Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, Prompt Engineering, and LLM integrations
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience developing REST APIs, Webhooks, gRPC, and Microservices
Hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage)
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, SQL, and JIRA
Experience in IVR/Chatbot modernization and migration projects (Dialogflow ES to CX, Legacy IVR, Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect to Google CCAI)
Preferred Skills
Experience with RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, AI Agents, and Agentic AI
Knowledge of Contact Center Operations, Speech Analytics, and Omnichannel platforms
Google Cloud and Google CCAI certifications preferred
