Location : Irving, TX

Long Term Contract

Job Description:

10 years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager projects with minimum 6 years as OIM Java developer in large enterprise environments

• Oracle Identity Manager (Must Have)

• Java, J2EE (Must Have)

• AD, LDAP, Directories and Databases/SQL (Must Have)

• SailPoint IIQ, IBM ISIM, IBM TIM

• Networking, DNS

• ServiceNow ITSM

• 6 years Oracle Identity Manager developer experience in

o JML Provisioning/Deprovisioning

o Recertification

o RBAC, SoD

o Application Integrations

• In depth understanding of Oracle Identity Manager components, services, and dependencies

• In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance, Joint-Mover-Leaver, Recertification, RBAC processes in IGA domain

• Hands on experience with application integrations, configurations, workflows and policies in OIM for IGA, RBAC, Recertification, Identity management

• Hands on experience leveraging OIM Java/J2EE APIs and data model in OIM database to extract data and invoke activities programmatically from external systems

• In-depth knowledge and strong full stack and Java, J2EE development experience working with OIM APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, Linux/Unix and Unix/PowerShell/Python Scripting

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and workflows and integrations with OIM

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and IBM ISIM

• Ability to guide engineering and development team for integration with OIM APIs and database model

• Should be methodical with attention to details

• Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders

• Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectively communicating and managing them

• Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability

• Excellent client facing and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines

• Serves at the subject matter expert for Oracle Identity Manager and IGA processes like recertification, RBAC, access request, SoD, JML, provisioning/deprovisioning

• Analyze and understand organization's recertification, access request and RBAC processes

• Analyze and understand how recertification access request and RBAC processes and features are implemented in OIM and other COTs IGA products SailPoint, ISIM and homegrown access request, certification and Role management applications, analyze and understand their APIs and data model

• Guide application architecture and design teams with best practices in recertification processes and Role Management/RBAC to develop a custom certification UI and Role management layer on top of OIM, ISIM, SailPoint and other home grown IGA tools

• Guide application development teams on OIM, SailPoint, ISIM APIs and database model to extract objects like certifications, access requests, entitlements, identities, roles and to update and write back changes
