Overview
Fosters strong relationships with internal teams and partners, manages print intake, demand management, forecasting, direct mail execution, and HCP service initiatives (e.g., Veeva-triggered literature). Role requires strong communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management.

Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 2
Overview
Fosters strong relationships with internal teams and partners, manages print intake, demand management, forecasting, direct mail execution, and HCP service initiatives (e.g., Veeva-triggered literature). Role requires strong communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee print & field asset management for consumer and HCP programs across brands.
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, managing vendor relationships and logistics.
- Lead direct mail initiatives and ensure regulatory-compliant asset quality.
- Support launches, conventions, and sales meetings with material planning/distribution.
- Develop operational reports and implement process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with FUSE approvals, FDA submissions, and state regulations.
- Manage inventory, resolve field inquiries, and partner with distribution teams.
- Monitor special shipments, rework projects, and warehouse systems (e.g., MRC).
- Manage escalations and participate in bi‑weekly operations meetings.
- Monthly inventory reviews and dashboard metrics review.
- Forecasting, quantity planning, and accurate destruction/re-review of materials.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 5 years fulfillment operations (DM and project implementation)
- Strong multitasking, collaboration, communication, and compliance attention.
- Pharma fulfillment experience required.
