We've spent 12 years becoming the go-to content partner for manufacturers, healthcare companies, and professional services firms across the country. Now we're scaling our LED virtual production studio β and we need someone to own that growth.
This isn't a seat-filler role. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a revenue line, prove yourself, and grow into leading a sales team as we scale.

Your focus: 70% Studio | 20% Video | 10% Events
β Prospect and close MRR clients for our Amplify Studio subscription β not one-off bookings, but ongoing content partnerships β Build relationships with marketing leaders, founders, and agencies β regionally and nationally β Fill studio rental days and convert one-time clients into retainers β Represent Amplify at industry events, networking groups, and client meetings β Travel 30-50% to meet prospects, attend shoots, and close deals
What you're really selling: A proven monthly rhythm where we plan next month's content, shoot this month's, deliver last month's, and track ROI together. You're not renting a studio. You're becoming a client's content engine.

90 Days β 10 deals in pipeline, 5 closed 180 Days β $100K in pipeline or 6 MRR clients active 365 Days β $250K closed, beating MRR targets
Formal reviews at 90, 180, and 365 days. No surprises. Hit your numbers, and you'll have a seat at the table for Year 2 planning β and the conversation about building a team under you.
