Job Overview
This role is ideal for a customer-focused and technically inclined sales professional. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with customers, provide product solutions, and support the outside sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up with potential customers.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and technical information.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system-related customer inquiries over the phone.
- Manage order entry and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC-related roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience).
