- Assist engineers in completing FAT for assigned equipment, including obtaining UL certifications.
- Support engineers in completing PFMEA for assigned equipment, helping to identify potential issues.
- Help engineers create and finalize SOPs for assigned equipment, ensuring clear documentation.
- Update technical training materials to support new engineers, under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to optimize equipment performance.
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering field.
- Must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate Student with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
