As we grow our footprint in Philadelphia and expand our team, we are seeking a driven, experienced, and highly organized Sales Manager to help build and lead a high-performing sales force.Position SummaryThe Sales Manager will oversee a team of 30 sales representatives, ensuring they are effectively hired, trained, motivated, and retained. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large sales teams in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
