Job Summary:
Provide patient-centered pharmacy support services with a focus on special populations. This role supports pharmacy operations through safe medication delivery, recordkeeping, customer service, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely collect, transport, and deliver prescriptions, medications, and pharmacy-related materials

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, vehicle inspections, and pharmacy statistics

• Support pharmacy audits and quality management processes

• Ensure compliance with medication handling laws, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and practice responsible driving at all times

• Identify patients with medication concerns and refer them to a pharmacist

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the pharmacy professionally

• Attend required meetings, trainings, and comply with attendance and timekeeping policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

• Strong time management and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish or Punjabi preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Prolonged sitting and driving

• Ability to read, hear, and communicate clearly

• Ability to use basic office and computer equipment
