Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Utah Metro. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming, while driving sales of wire, cable, and connector solutions. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, consulting on tailored solutions, and meeting sales objectives. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, to address customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including account management, client relationship building, and negotiation abilities
- Technical knowledge or experience with wire, cables, and connector products, especially in industrial applications
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a capacity to tailor solutions to unique client needs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming to connect with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous industrial sales or technical sales experience is a plus
