Responsibilities
- Communication Systems: Establish and manage dedicated communication channels for internal and external teams using platforms such SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and email systems
- Task Management: Develop and oversee workflows, project tracking, and automated task assignments in platforms like Monday, Wrike, or Jira
- Data System Management: Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility within company databases, and file-sharing solutions
- Software Integration: Identify, implement, and optimize software integrations to streamline operations across departments
- Process Optimization: Analyze current systems and propose improvements for enhanced collaboration and efficiency
- Training & Support: Provide guidance to employees on system usage and best practices
