Responsibilities
- Track and maintain project schedules for lab measurement activities, ensuring alignment with overall product development timelines
- Ensure necessary equipment, tools, and test PCB boards are identified, ordered, and available in time to support project milestones
- Serve as the primary liaison between the SI team and cross functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control multiple SI lab projects in parallel
- Coordinate internal and external lab resources, ensuring their availability and proper allocation
- Develop and maintain lab project trackers and communicate project status clearly and regularly
- Manage scope, timing, and cost changes throughout the SI lab project lifecycle
- Facilitate smooth communication and expectation management between the SI team, product teams, and other stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks related to lab resources, scheduling, and technical readiness
- Prepare equipment requisitions and track related capital expenditures for the SI lab
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external suppliers/vendors as needed
- Support documentation efforts by maintaining project artifacts, measurement records, and procurement logs
- Ensure adherence to Signal Integrity workflows within broader new product introduction (NPI) frameworks
- Travel to other company facilities or supplier sites as required, including occasional international travel
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management within a technical or lab-based environment
- Understanding of Signal Integrity concepts and measurement workflows and prior SI lab experience is highly desirable
- Experience in managing technical projects involving cross-functional teams and hardware deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with engineers, managers, and external partners
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including MS Project or equivalent project management tools
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive progress with minimal supervision
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed organizational environment
