Key Responsibilities
- Support order management processes, including order entry, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Work closely with site planners, customer service, and quoting teams to ensure accurate execution of orders and shipping instructions.
- Manage and maintain internal reports required for business operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide cross-functional support between planning, quoting, logistics, and operations teams.
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Assist with data analysis in Excel to identify trends, track shipments, and support decision-making.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create, manage, and analyze reports.
