- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily cycle fill orders for timely delivery to facilities
- Manage and resolve incoming requests from facilities concerning pharmacy orders
- Contact facility staff for order clarification and information required for order processing
- Track and communicate with nursing facilities regarding equipment availability and delivery
- Obtain medication prescriptions for scheduled medications
- Refer specific clinical questions to pharmacists
- Manage medical records for selected facilities, including monthly Recertifications and MAR's
