School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time | Federal Way, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Federal Way, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Highlights:

- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting
- Full time
- Schedule: M-F full-time
- Setting: In-person, K–12 public school environment
- Caseload: to be discussed in interview
- Sept 2026-June 2027
Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress notes
Qualifications:
- Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
