Cascade Park Active Day, Tacoma’s premier Adult Day Health community, is seeking a dependable, licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our program supports individuals with memory care needs, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries in a supportive and therapeutic setting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular evaluations, assessments, and care planning for participants receiving OT and related services.

Oversee and coordinate rehabilitative occupational therapy and restorative care provided by Restorative Aides and auxiliary staff.

Monitor therapy services to ensure compliance with state regulations and Cascade Senior Living Services policies.

Support a high standard of care through staff supervision, training, and adherence to participant rights.
Qualifications

Current Washington State OT license in good standing, with no restrictions.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting.

Understanding of OT practices in the care of vulnerable adults.

Preferred: Knowledge of Adult Day Health regulations and previous experience in similar settings.

Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to train, supervise, and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
