Part-Time Occupational Therapist Needed | Tacoma, WA
Cascade Park Active Day, Tacoma’s premier Adult Day Health community, is looking for dependable, licensed Occupational & Physical Therapists who want to make a real impact—without the burnout of full-time hours.
Our vibrant program supports adults with memory care needs, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries, providing compassionate, therapeutic care in a setting that truly feels like a community. What You’ll Do

Perform evaluations, assessments, and individualized care planning for participants receiving OT services

Guide and coordinate rehabilitative and restorative OT services delivered by Restorative Aides and support staff
-
Ensure therapy services meet state regulations and Cascade Senior Living Services standards
-
Mentor and support staff through training, collaboration, and leadership
-
Champion participant rights while helping us maintain a high standard of care
What You Bring
-
Active Washington State OT license in good standing (no restrictions)
-
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or social services
-
A strong understanding of OT best practices for vulnerable adult populations

Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
-
Ability to collaborate, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
Bonus points if you have:

Experience in Adult Day Health programs

Familiarity with Adult Day Health regulations
