Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K–12 school setting in Ashland City, Tennessee. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. - Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ communication skills development
- Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
- Active (or eligible) Tennessee SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
