Job Details
- Location: Huntley Community School District 158
- Start Date: May 27th through June 25th (ESY)
- Schedule: 6 hours weekly
- Provide physical therapy direct therapy services and progress monitoring
- Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and the special education team
Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active Illinois PT License
PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred
School-based experience a plus
