Occupational Therapist (OT) | 2025–2026 Extended School Year (ESY) | Up to $65/hour

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the Extended School Year (ESY) in Algonquin, Illinois for the 2025-2026 school year. Position Details
- Start Date: May 27th, 2026 through June 25th, 2026 (ESY)
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45 am -12:15 pm and 2 hours each week supporting a homebound student
- Location: Huntley Community School District 158
- Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration
Your Responsibilities
- Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers
What We’re Looking For
- Illinois Occupational Therapy license
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
