Come work with a teacher and therapist run staffing company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Education Support Professional in the Clawson, MI area for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Position: Education Support Professional - Paraprofessional - Autism Center Program
- Elementary position
- Full-time position - 6.75 hours per day
- Position for the remainder of the 25-26 school year
- Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans
- Work under the direction of a licensed teacher
Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree OR • A two-year associate’s degree OR • A total of 60 college credits in ANY subjects OR • Take and pass the WORKKEYS TEST for Assistant Teachers
- Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
