Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
- Start Date: August 2026
- Location: In-person, Valley View School District 365U
- Role Focus:
- Coach and support school staff
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
- Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
- Set and support academic and behavioral goals
- Create teacher-friendly data collection systems
- Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
- This role does not include RBT supervision
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
