Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Director of Maintenance role located in Central, FL. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and management. Day-to-day tasks include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring timely repairs, managing equipment maintenance, handling carpentry and facility improvement projects, and implementing maintenance protocols to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including effective team leadership and staff management
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Carpentry to ensure the upkeep and improvement of facilities
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Management for operational efficiency
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Experience in the fitness industry or similar environment is a plus
