AMPed Hybrid Academy is seeking a full-time Lower Elementary Teacher (K–2) or Upper Elementary Teacher (3-5) to join our team effective immediately. This role is ideal for an experienced, flexible educator who thrives in small class settings and is confident differentiating instruction within a mixed-age elementary cohort.

Responsibilities
- Teach students in a Lower Elementary (K–2) or Upper Elementary (3-5) mixed-age cohort
- Plan and deliver instruction differentiated by age, readiness, and learning needs
- Facilitate whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction
- Use formative assessment to guide instruction and flexible grouping
- Integrate core subjects through project-based and interdisciplinary learning
- Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and student support
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Education or teaching certificate
- Elementary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
Preferred
- Experience teaching in mixed-age classrooms
- Familiarity with project-based, inquiry-based, or student-centered instruction
- Comfort working in a small-school or alternative education setting
