- The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for working cross-functionally with the entire marketing department to manage and implement campaign strategies, and to support underlying processes and tools.
- They will be involved in sales support, project intake and assessment processes requiring effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Manage marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the planning and execution of campaigns across various platforms.
- Act as a key point of contact for media campaigns and provide marketing support.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external media agencies and internal teams to facilitate the successful delivery of media advertising initiatives.
- Communicate campaign progress with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and web-based project management suites.
- Experience supporting strategic digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, video, and display advertising.
