- The Training Lead oversees the end-to-end learning strategy and execution for the S/4HANA program, ensuring that business users are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt the new system and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the training strategy, plan, and curriculum for all S/4HANA workstreams.
- Identify training needs based on process changes and role-based requirements.
- Coordinate creation of training materials (work instructions, simulations, job aids).
- Lead scheduling and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
- Manage training logistics, LMS coordination, and user attendance tracking.
- Measure training effectiveness and drive reinforcement activities to ensure adoption.
