- Perform account reconciliations.
- Processing business license renewals.
- Updating historical and current business license data.
- Possibility of handling E911 tax compliance including matching and mailing tax returns with tax checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting background 2 years of experience.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Experience processing vendor payments, including checks.
- Experience with general ledger account reconciliations.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, high proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with tax return preparation or business license compliance is a plus.
