- Lead design workshops; define global template, fit gap and solution blueprint.
- Own configuration strategy for FI/CO and integration points with MM/SD/PS/PM.
- Drive data migration support (GL balances, open items, assets) and reconciliation.
- Define testing strategy, supervise SIT/UAT, signoffs and audit evidence.
- Design authorization concepts (in collaboration with security team).
- Manage cutover plan, hyper care readiness, training approach and KT.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local statutory/tax requirements.
- Guide enhancements, automation, and performance improvements.
Required Skills:
- 7-12 years SAP FICO.
- Strong leadership, delivery ownership, and client-facing skills.
- Solid S/4HANA Finance exposure; good understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) implications.
- Experience with integration, closing, reporting, and governance.
