- Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
- Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
- Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
- Experience with Model Tuning.
- Knowledge of SQL scripting or VB Scripting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation.
- Competitive Network benchmark drive testing experience.
- Competitive benchmark data post processing experience.
- Experience with Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson RAN equipment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering desired.
