Job Summary
The Operations & Technical Support Coordinator provides essential operational, logistical, and technical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the team and facility. This role supports field technicians, project teams, and customer engagements by coordinating schedules, managing materials and inventory, and assisting with basic technical and administrative tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both administrative and hands-on operational activities.
Operations & Logistics
- Manage shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Track and perform regular material inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and support weekly technician scheduling meetings.
- Assist with general operational tasks to support daily business needs.
- Assist with the assembly and setup of control test boards.
- Perform basic technical tasks involving low-voltage electricity under guidance.
- Use basic hand tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, pliers) safely and effectively.
- Maintain organization of technical documentation and materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Coordinate lunches and logistics for customer visits and SFAT activities.
- Perform light cleaning and upkeep of office, conference room, and bathroom areas to maintain a professional environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work in a technical environment.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SharePoint familiarity is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
- Basic understanding of electricity or electronics.
- Computer or networking fundamentals.
- Prior experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate materials (50lbs).
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.
