- Onboarding Analyst will support the Procurement's Supplier Relationship Management division.
- The Onboarding Analyst will support the onboarding of new suppliers and assist existing suppliers to update profiles on an e-procurement platform.
- The individual will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
- Provide training and support suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Skills:
- Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
- Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to use sound judgment.
- Ability to establish effective relationships with team members.
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 2 plus years of procurement, supply chain, or a relevant role, preferably with experiences in e-procurement platforms.
