Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Location(s): Basking Ridge, NJ
- 0-3 years of experience
- Someone with retail background
- Buying or sales experience will be help full
- Some marketing experience
- Project management experience
- Detail oriented
- Experience on operational and customer support experience
- Merchandising experience is good to have.
- Strong Presentation skill required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies and strategic briefs to optimize revenue across categories such as (Mobile, Home, Business, Soft Services (e.g. Credit Card, Smart Family, Mobile & Home Insurance, etc.), and accessories
- Leverage sales performance data, customer insights, and regional analytics to inform merchandising decisions.
- Act as a strategic partner to retail operations, category management, and marketing teams to execute merchandising plans from brief creation through to execution.
- Work with in-store teams to ensure proper execution of merchandising initiatives, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Drive accuracy and precision in product placement and prioritization.
- Lead and partner with key organizations (Marketing, Product, Real Estate, Frontline Leadership and Operations,Business Group, Integrated and Local Marketing, and Learning & Development) on strategic initiatives.
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Merchandising/marketing strategy, design, or development experience.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in buying or assortment planning.
- Retail marketing, merchandising, planogram strategy, and or operational experience.
- Executive-level presentation experience.
- Developing and using key performance indicators to drive business performance, specifically sales and project performance.
- Experience focusing on strategy, operational processes, and the customer experience.
