This role is critical in supporting our ongoing merger and acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and administration of Google workspace environments. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, require minimal supervision, and be able to deliver results from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead administration and management of Google workspace across the organization.
- Oversee user provisioning, access controls, and security policies.
- Manage integrations with Google APIs and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during activities to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Implement best practices for identity and access management, with OKTA experience being a strong plus.
- Automate workflows and processes using Python or Java.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the existing team of 6 engineers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Google workspace administrator certification (must have).
- Proven experience in Google workspace administration (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google APIs and GCP.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with OKTA for identity management.
- Exposure to AWS (nice to have, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java for automation and integration tasks.
- Prior experience in related IT integration projects.
