Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical and electrical components, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Work closely with senior engineers to create detailed CAD models, drawings, and prototypes.
- Design tools to aid in assembly and testing of pumps.
- Write specifications for assembly and maintenance of pumps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve designs, ensuring they are efficient and cost-effective.
- Help with the assembly and testing of prototypes, documenting results, and providing feedback.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Proficient in modeling and drawing in SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for design, innovation, and learning new technologies.
Education/Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous internship or project experience related to design engineering is a plus, but not required.
