What You'll Be Responsible For; Leading residential and light commercial HVAC replacement installations from start to finish. Installing split systems (single-stage, two-stage, and variable-speed inverter), package units, and ductless systems. Ensuring every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards. Performing complete system startup and commissioning on every installation, including verification of airflow, static pressure, refrigerant charge, electrical operation, and overall system performance before leaving the jobsite. Identifying installation challenges in the field and developing professional, code-compliant solutions while maintaining company quality standards. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning through manufacturer training, certifications, and staying current with evolving HVAC technology and installation standards. Training and developing installation helpers through leadership and example. Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites. Providing homeowners with an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications; Extensive residential and light commercial HVAC installation experience, including duct design and fabrication, sheet metal work, brazing, airflow optimization, and equipment commissioning.

Kentucky HVAC Journeyman License.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lead a crew with minimal supervision.

Strong understanding of airflow, duct systems, commissioning, refrigeration, and electrical controls.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

A commitment to doing the job right the first time.
