Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-senior level Copywriter with a unique blend of scientific expertise and creative storytelling to craft compelling brand narratives for our dermatological beauty brands, IOPE and Aestura. This role requires a strong background in scientific communication or education, paired with proven experience in creative copywriting across digital, print, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will translate complex dermatological concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging that resonates with consumers and professionals alike, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and execute brand copy for IOPE and Aestura across websites, social media, e-commerce, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate scientific and dermatological concepts into consumer-friendly language while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product development teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and regulatory standards.
• Optimize copy for SEO and GEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for key dermatology and beauty-related terms.
• Adapt tone and messaging for regional markets in North America, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels and develop guidelines for future content.

Key Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Dermatology, Cosmetic Science).
• 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in beauty, skincare, or health-related industries.
• Strong understanding of scientific communication and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience creating SEO-optimized content and familiarity with keyword research tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and brand tone.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
