General Responsibilities:
Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Will perform processes or parts of the process as needed.
Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams).
May participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts.
Provide customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes they manage; may deliver presentations, including up to the executive level.
Identify and Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with desired customer outcomes and issue resolution and risk mitigation activities to achieve breakthrough results
Meet with key stakeholders and business partners to share results, drive changes and gather requirements
Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. They should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience with SAMPro
2 years of experience in Agile practices
Experience with software normalization and reclamation processes
Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft products
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
