Hiring: ServiceNow Application Support Analyst (Level 2) Onsite – New York, NY
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Application Support Level 2, you will:
- Provide technical and application support across multiple domains (Clinical, Business, Financial, Infrastructure).
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve escalated application issues while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Configure and implement Nuvolo modules on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize system performance.
- Lead and supervise support staff, coordinate departmental activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems/application support.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in operations-focused roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, communications, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow/Nuvolo configuration, integrations, and workflow automation is highly desirable.

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
