Description:
The Marketing Analyst supports initiatives that strengthen brand presence, sharpen market positioning, and improve audience engagement across the organization. This role blends market research, brand development, competitive intelligence, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape how products and services are communicated to target audiences.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer demographics, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to support brand and marketing strategy.
- Help develop and refine brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for products, services, or campaigns.
- Support brand storytelling through social media/digital marketing, content development, influencer outreach, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Translate market and audience insights into recommendations for branding, packaging, communications, and engagement strategy.
- Monitor shifts in consumer preferences and market opportunities to identify ways to strengthen brand presence and differentiation.
- Contribute to projects involving audience targeting, campaign planning, and go-to-market positioning.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support marketing, branding, and business development initiatives.
- Develop presentations, summaries, and strategic materials for executive and cross-functional discussions.

Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Marketing, Business, Public Policy, Economics, Communications or related major - Required
Experience:
- 2 years or more in Internship or early-career experience in marketing, brand strategy, market research, communications, or business analysis.
- 2 years or more in Exposure to social media strategy, influencer outreach, brand development, or customer insight research
- 1 year or more in Experience presenting ideas or recommendations to executives or senior leadership
- Other in Interest in branding, consumer behavior, storytelling, and market positioning
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesize market research into clear branding and marketing recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with business and strategic thinking
- Comfortable working across functions and tailoring messages to different audiences
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Excel, Google Suite, and social media platforms
- Interest in marketing, branding, and positioning strategy
The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
