Avera Rosebud Country Care Center enhances the care for its residents and making its environment more inviting and homelike. With 55 beds we will be able to take care of your loved one and provide all the comforts of home. Each staff member works with the same residents on a regular basis to develop trust, meaningful relationships, and lasting bonds. Features Avera Rosebud Country Care Center offers 24 hour skilled nursing care in our state licensed and Medicare approved Healthcare Facility under the direction of our licensed Administrator. We welcome our residents as well as the community into our comfortable, homelike environment. We offer private and semi private accommodations. A licensed nurse is on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week and our medical director is involved in the daily operations of our facility. We encourage our residents to participate in a variety of activities to include outings and events. These activities are planned to meet each residents, spiritual, recreational and social needs. Our plan of care consists of meeting on a regular basis, between the resident, the resident’s family the RN case manager, social services designee, activities manager and the dietary manager. This helps to ensure that each resident’s specific needs are met utilizing all specialized resources. Activities and Events We offer activities and events that nourish the mind, body and spirit.
