- Immediate patient mix of general ortho and subspecialty
- Mix of OR and clinic time throughout the week
- Hand Base Salary: $824,000/Foot/Ankle Base Salary: $724,000
- Sign-on bonus: $74,000 for foot/ankle, $82,400 for hand
- $100,000 retention bonus
- Very minimal general call
