Join five physicians, 3 APPs, and a Behavioral Health specialist. Thanks to the enormous growth and the upcoming retirement of a well-loved provider, there is an immediate need for your services.

Opportunity Highlights
- 100% Outpatient Family Medicine, absolutely no hospital work.
- 4-Day Work Week, no weekends required!
- Guaranteed minimum base salary of $290,000 that never goes away
- The physicians average $350,000 per year for a 4-day work week, 18-22 patients per day
- $100,000 in Loan Forgiveness or Retention Bonus!
- Call coverage of 1:6, but only as backup to the Family Medicine Residents!
- Group offers a blend of Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Prevention & Wellness, Chronic Care, Surgical Procedures, and Laboratory Services
- Practice utilizes EPIC EMR
- Practice can support J1 and H1b visa candidates
