- Immediate patient volume with thousands of built-in referrals
- Collaborate with an in-house colorectal surgeon
- Strong clinical and administrative support team
- Monday–Friday schedule promoting work-life balance
- Uncapped earning potential
- Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests
- Base Salary: $600,000
- ~$800k-$900k earning potential (uncapped productivity incentives)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $50,000
- Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000
- Partnership Track: Eligible after just 1 year
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Interest in leadership and program development
- Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset
