- Incredible systems & support staff in place to optimize working at the top of your license
- 1:1 MA support
- Additional compensation & increased retirement contribution after 2 years with partnership
- Excellent collaboration with hospitalist team
- Up to $600,000 Base Salary, relocation, 50K Sign on Bonus, comprehensive benefits
- All physicians producing at the 75% rvu’s
- Partnership offered at 2 years
- $2 buy in additional incentive per rvu in perpetuity
