Monday - Wednesday, 8a -5p
Thursday, 8a - 3:30p

Monday - Wednesday, 8a -5p
Thursday, 8a - 3:30p
- Setting: Clinic
- Procedures/Cases: 98% of patients are adults. Procedures needed: Fillings, Ortho - Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry. Number of Dental Assistants: 1-2 per dentist, Number of Hygienists: 1
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
- Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
