Urologist Opportunity – $625K Potential | $50K Sign-On | Established Demand | Louisiana

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $450000.00 - $625000.00

AMN has been retained to identify a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing, high-demand program based in southern Louisiana.

Compensation

• Total income potential: $625K
• $50K sign-on bonus
• $80K loan repayment
• $60/wRVU quality bonus
• 4 weeks PTO CME allowance
  
  

Practice

• Join 3 established urologists
• High-demand practice with 1–2.5 month wait times
• Approximately 800 wRVUs/month per provider
• Mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery
  
  

Schedule

• 4-day clinic (Mon–Thurs)
• Fridays for procedures/light clinic
• Shared call (Q5 progressing to Q6) with post-call time off
  
  

Opportunity

• Expand urology services in an underserved region
• Regional outreach clinic in Morgan City (1–2 days/week)
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
• Strong general urology skills
• Team-oriented with an interest in growing a community-based program
